The Story

Organic hazelnuts — raw, whole, Turkish

Raw organic hazelnuts with their subtle sweetness and brittle crunch intact — the nut behind praline, gianduja and every good chocolate spread. 16.4g protein and 9g fibre per 100g, and naturally rich in vitamin E and B vitamins.

Best for

  • Snacking raw, or home-roasting 10–12 minutes at 180°C to deepen the flavour
  • Homemade chocolate hazelnut spread — blend roasted nuts until they release their oil
  • Baking: cakes, biscotti, pralines and crumble toppings
  • Chopping over porridge, salads and roasted vegetables

FAQ

Raw or roasted? These are raw — mild and creamy as they are, intensely nutty once toasted. Roasting at home also loosens the skins: rub warm nuts in a tea towel to remove them.

How should I store them? Cool, dry and away from sunlight; the resealable pouch keeps them fresh. For long storage, the freezer keeps the oils from fading.

Eco-friendly, 100% recyclable resealable pouches (some large sizes non-resealable) — better price per kilo as you scale up.
